Stephan Herold is a seasoned veteran in the computer and technical industries having held high level executive positions at several successful companies over the past 39 years. He was most recently founder and CEO of Visual Pro 360 Inc and DBA Rapid Access. Visual Pro 360 is a Sales, Marketing and Integration firm specializing in solutions for Public Safety, Transportation, Healthcare, Oil and Gas, and Utilities industries. Rapid Access is the companies’ ecommerce internet site that sells directly to B2B customers primarily in those industries. Prior to founding these companies Herold was a business consultant for small and medium companies focusing mainly in the high-tech arena. Mr. Herold was also President and CEO of Graphics Technologies, Inc. (GTI), a company he founded in 1987. GTI was a computer products distributor specializing in high-end personal computer graphics. In 1999, Mr. Herold sold GTI to Virtual Technology, Inc., a public company. From 1980 to 1999, Mr. Herold was President of Herold Marketing Associates, a company he founded as a manufacturer’s representative organization marketing products such as Apple computer in an exclusive four state territory. Prior to 1972, he served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Dayton Hudson Corporation (now Target Corporation), a diagnostic programmer at Univac and Slumberger, and a field service Engineer at Control Data Corporation. Mr. Herold served a tour in the U.S. Navy followed by graduating from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Visual Pro 360 Inc, Tempe, AZ. Founder and CEO.
~ Organized a consortium along with Oracle and Panasonic to bring a total solution approach called Video Evidence Management Solutions (VELM) to the Law enforcement industry.
~ Successfully implemented Proof of Concept of VELM to several Tier 1 law enforcement agencies.
~ Deployed evidence capture systems at Omaha, Sacramento, and Dallas County Sheriff’s office as well as many others.

 

2007 – 2015
Rapid Access, Tempe, AZ and Burnsville, MN
~ Developed E-commerce site for marketing and sales of Panasonic Tough Book computers and related products primarily to State, County, and local government entities.
~ Developed site to market evidence capture systems to Tier 3 law enforcement agencies including Police, sheriffs, and state patrols.

Paradigm System Solutions Inc., Burnsville, MN-CEO, co-Founder.
~Started company in January 2006 and grew business from $4M in first year to $5.8M in 2007 and $8.9 in 2008.

~Expanded to internet sales in 2007 through dba Rapid Access Computer.
